Payment History

Following a failed HQS inspection, landlords must complete all repairs on failed units within 30 days. Failure to make necessary repairs to HCV units following a HQS inspection, or failure to notify The Housing Authority of the City of Slidell within those 30 days will result in abatement of your HAP amount. All notifications of repairs made to HCV units must be reported to Deputy Director Ronald Frazier via email – dd@slidellhousingauthority.org. Once notification has been made, the 30 day clock stops and a reinspection will then be scheduled.
